ENTERTAINMENT & SENSITIVITIES

Sensitively Groups Has Almost Killed Sex Appeal & Humor

In the Untied States or now what’s becoming less of the Untied States we had something that is now on life support well 2 things. Sex appeal & a sense of humor.  We have become so sensitive using sex appeal with a sense of humor it’s like a mine field now.   In entertainment sex appeal & humor was everywhere in movies, advertising & television.  Before these sensitive crowds, common sense ruled where people could either take a sex joke, brush if off or just ignore. Yes some of it was risqué or a bit edgy & some might of been offense & say something about it which is our right.

Here’s the thing we didn’t infringed on other people’s right to watch, hear & view whatever they wanted, because there was common sense.   Sadly it’s so bad that’s why we are in this mess socially in the U.S.   Sex appeal was used a lot especially in the 70’s & 80’s, to me those where the best decades in some movies, television & some forms of advertising. Now you do or say anything that is deemed to something that it inappropriate or not P.C. enough they’ll want your career on a platter.

Back in the day networks or people in general weren’t trying to offend anyone. People had common sense to know what is entertainment & what isn’t.  It’s up to the person themselves to decide.  It all come down to one thing money of course.  Luckily we have niche markets & independent outlets to show what networks won’t anymore, even if it’s in reruns.   That where people like me & others have to fill the void.   There is audience  somewhere longing for sex appeal & sense of humor of yesteryear.   The only thing is we have to find them & keep it to ourselves.
